We are currently looking for someone to move into our 4 bed/ 2 bath house here in Tempe, we are located on Dorsey and Broadway...soooo super close to Mill, Tempe Marketplace and all of the surrounding freeways!
There are two options for the room, you can stay in a room for 550 (ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED: water, sewage, trash,electricity, cable and internet) and would share a bathroom, OR HAVE THE OPTION TO THE MASTER BEDROOM, which would be 650/mo (all utilities included) I know that some people like the option/ privacy of their own bathroom when living with people that they don't really know! So we wanted to give the option As well as the option to a flexible stay, if your looking for something short term, long term just let us know!
Upon move in there would be a small deposit required to cover costs of painting and professionally cleaning your space after you leave.
About the house:
4/2b bath
All tile throughout, brand new carpet in the bedrooms
all new appliances in the kitchen as well as brand new washer and dryer.
Fenced in back yard
and three awesome roommates :)
About us you ask?
There are two girls and one guy that live here; 21-24. We all go to school and work full time! Super outgoing and like to have a good time. We keep a clean house and do have two dogs that live with us, they are super friendly,
but dont like cats; so if you have a cat, skip to the next ad.. Sorry.
What we are looking for in a roommate:
Someone who is going to school/ working, need you to pay your bills.
Someone who likes to have fun, but is still responsible and pays their bills on time, since we are the same way.
Guy or girl; doesnt matter. someone in their twenties would be phenomenal
Someone who HAS a personality :) If we're going to live with you, we want to enjoy being around you.
What we dont want:
No ax murders
No crazy baby momma/daddy drama, we live drama free which is AMAZING
