home in a GREAT location/neighborhood. Room needs to be filled by August 1st (latest) and Lease is for one year.
The room available is the only bedroom downstairs and you also have your own bathroom.

We are three mid to late 20s young female professionals, living in the prime location between West End and 21st Ave. Walk to Vandy. We love our home!!!! The three of us are hard
working, loving, Christian girls that respect each other and our
privacy. We love to grab brunch on Sundays with one another, or if we
are all home at the same time, maybe have a glass of wine and catch up.
Utilities are not included in the rent price, however they are below
$100 each. (Electric, water and cable/internet)
Our house is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Not to mention adorable :)
We are looking for a sweet, respectable roommate. Someone who is quiet
during sleeping hours, has a steady job, does not bring home
strangers, and pays their bills ON TIME.
You know... the Expected house rules. ;)
But we are also looking for someone to bring a POSITIVE Energy to our
home as we are all positive and driven girls. We LOVE to have fun and
create a stable and great sanctuary home life.
