It is very nice here, these buildings look fairly new and modern with a lot of security and also gated at night! You will be surrounded in a resort-type environment. The location is perfect in many ways because not only is it located right near the 405 freeway, many popular malls, restaurants, and groceries store, you will also be near Huntington and Newport Beaches as well. It's also located right next to Orange Coast College for any students out there. It's summer time, so isn't that great to be so close to the beach and nice weather!?
