community. Unfurnished bedroom walk in closet (bathroom across the
hall). Nice back yard, Washer & Dryer,WiFi, There is a nice home
owners private park with gated pool & jacuzzi. We're near Sahara and
Decatur. Rent is 400 a month, HOA & trash pick up included, we will
split the E/G/W bills by % ways. Please have a job, be very clean, non
smoker, drug free. Easy access to highway 15 (5 minutes away from the
house), shopping center's as well.
