looking for a female roommate (young professional preferred). The place
is a 2.5 bdrm/1 bath renovated flat (1st floor of house) in a nice,
quiet section of Olde Towne East (Historic Bryden Rd & S 17 St). It
is walking/biking distance to Topiary Park and downtown, and is close to
several bus stops. The bedroom that is available has several, large
windows and is attached to a room that could be used as your private
office or den space. House has front porch and large, fenced backyard.
Dog friendly (sorry, no cats). I do have an 85lb Newfoundland dog, so I
am looking for someone that loves dogs. Photos are from previous tenant.
One of the (2) common rooms is furnished; bedroom unfurnished.
I have happily lived here for 2 years with no problems. I work typical business hours and like to have a relaxed, somewhat quiet home in the evenings. I am clean, considerate and mature and would like to have the same qualities in a roommate. Bedroom would be available late August/early September. Rent for bedroom is $422.50/month. Utilities (gas, electric, water, internet) would be divided in half each month.
