I currently have a bedroom that will be ready with in about one week.
The house has recently been completely remodeled and looks extremely
nice. It's also a 5 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house so it's pretty big. There
is a full backyard enclosed with a fence and a full over-sized two car
garage that is detached from the house. Full service kitchen, washer and
dryer, etc. Utilities are included in the price besides cable and
internet. The house is already equipped with both, but there will be a
small charge to help cover the price difference; the price will be split
evenly by everyone who is living in the house and wishes to have it and
averages 20 bucks. The house has everything it needs and also has
plenty of room for storage.
I am ok with month to month renting or lease, but I will require one full month's rent for a deposit. I just ask for a 30-day notice if you wish to leave. Currently there are 2 small dogs and a 2 cats in the house. If you are interested in checking
