renting out the master bedroom which inclues the private bath,
completely unfurnished. I'm a female grad student, there will only be
the two of us living in this home. Full access to the house,
washer/dryer also included. Very quiet atmosphere, conducive to
professionals or students. No drugs, smoking and definitely NOT 420
friendly. Rent is 450 a month + half utilities. Move in date is
