6. Great place for a young professional or a med student
About us:
1. Two recent KU grads. One roomate a graphic designer, the other is a sports managements grad.
2. We like sports, music, movies, art, weight lifting, some bbqs, social life
3. We are socially active during the weekends but quiet and respectful during the weekdays
4. Usually we go to work at 8am and to sleep at around 10-11pm.
5. Clean, responsible, and laid-back personalities
What we offer:
1a. One personal bed/bath in the main bedroom. Luxury shower and bathroom. One available matress if needed as well.
1b. Two personal closets in the main room.
2. We have two TVs (upstairs and downstairs) with all couches and a home theater.
3. A garage with a gym and a boxing bag to work out
4. A music space with guitars and a drumset.
5. A full 2nd floor deck and a basketball court in the driveway.
6. A lovely very relaxed dog (shit-zu)
7. Fully finished basement with the 0.1 bathroom.
8. Rooms are upstairs, basement we usually use to hang out.
What we are looking:
