table. Large eat-in kitchen with butler's pantry. Everything is
provided for preparing your own meals except for your own food, spices,
etc. Full use of dinnerware, cookware, new gas range, side by side

drawers for you to store your personal grooming aids. $35 complete
background check required. Security deposit required. Rent is
$395/month. Everything included. Non-smokers only. I have a wonderful
Labrador mix, but can not take on any additional pets. No specific
lease term, but I must have 30 days notice before you move out.
Apartment is tastefully decorated in an eclectic New York style with a
mix of antiques, art and mid-century modern furniture and decorations.
