and a large walk in closet with access to a washer/dryer, living room,
full size kitchen and your own parking spot in the driveway! There is
even a small backyard if you want to stretch your legs as well. Room is
approximately 16ft long by 12ft wide, very spacious!
The location is less than 5 minutes to Greenbrier Mall, Interstate 64 and 464(less than ten minutes to downtown Norfolk!) with other convenient shopping located no more than 10 minutes away. An ideal situation to get to most any of Hampton Roads in under 20 minutes!
I am asking for $600 a month and half of all utilities(water, sewage and electricity) and a $350 deposit(willing to split up the payments on this). High speed wireless internet is free! Looking for a clean professional individual(or couple for a bit more) with references and proof of employment.(otherwise a background check and credit check will be needed for a small fee) Non-smoker preferred but not required. Must be okay with 1 friendly cat currently here.(Only small caged animals allowed) 12 or 6 month contracts available or month to month for a higher per month amount.
